• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Part-Time: Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Bindery Specialist

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

AutoPen Technician

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do (Production Generalist Responsibilities)

You'll support multiple areas of our direct mail production floor to help keep jobs moving accurately and on schedule.

Daily work may include:

• Operating and reloading inkjet and digital print equipment
• Preparing materials for mailing and production runs
• Cutting, labeling, and completing finishing work
• Performing quality checks for accuracy and sequencing
• Assisting with hand inserting and mail assembly
• Monitoring workflow and helping where needed across departments
• Supporting team production goals in a fast-paced environment

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year production, mailing, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office familiarity is helpful)

Physical Requirements

This is an active production-floor position:

• Standing and moving for most of the shift
• Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly
• Frequent use of hands and manual dexterity
• Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching
• Moderate noise production environment
