Production Intake Technician at Kofile Inc.

 The Intake Technician - Production is responsible for overseeing the execution of each project intake ERP: NetSuite assessments product ordering in addition to supporting day-to-day lab operations. Works alongside team members contributing to workflow in order to meet production goals. The Intake Technician plays an intricate role for the overall success of the production teams.  The Intake Technician receives our clients historical documents performs or leads a detailed review of documents received and inputs data about each item into Microsoft Excel & SharePoint.  Information is then added to Kofiles ERP: NetSuite for each project before the project teams process the clients documents. The Intake Technician helps to resolve problems or bottlenecks in production processes by supporting the Intake Supervisor as needed. Supports continuous improvement goals in safety quality cost and customer service. Responsible for managing and owning instrumental functions of the business while creating an engaged and collaborative work force. Responsibilities and Duties    Handles manually inputting important project details directly into an electronic format creating spreadsheets with large amounts of information.    Ability to use constructed data spreadsheets to order products from vendors.    Supports lab workflow as detailed by the Intake Supervisor    Develops cross-functional relationships with other departments as well as with customers    Maintain a culture of Safety including leading by example    Complies with data integrity and client security policies    Implement operational policies and procedures    Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale    Provide daily production/quality feedback    Submits project intakes and ERP: NetSuite assessments in a timely manner    Builds partnerships with operational peers to ensure open communication and seamless collaboration    Meets with Kofile management and staff to meet our customers needs and delivery schedules.    Works alongside team members driving efficiency and quality workmanship    Ensures that established work standards are being followed and work quantity and quality standards are being consistently met.    Maintains quality while enforcing organization standards    Communicates any production delays or problems immediately to the staff or to Kofile management.    Ability to operate a power industrial lift for the loading unloading and movement of product.    Provides accurate highly detail templates for ordering key product for production to ensure a smooth workflow.      Orders placed in a timely fashion so as not to delay the production schedule and forecast.Qualifications : Basic QualificationsEducation:  High School diploma or GED    Minimum 2-4 years experience with Data Entry in a production environment or in a similar role    Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel Outlook Word    Must be able to sit or stand extended periods of time    Able to lift minimum 25 lbs. repetitively    Minimum 50 wpm typing ability    Excellent communication skills with ability to self-lead / self-motivate    A solid understanding of operations management and organizational methods      Problem solving skills    Detailed-oriented with great organizational attributes    Leadership ability in addition to a highly organized approach to leadershipAdditional Information : Benefits:As a full-time employee you will receive access to the following benefits:    Paid overtime available for non-exempt employees    Low-cost insurance (medical dental vision life & disability)    Maternity and paternity benefits    401(k) plan (company matching)    Paid holidays vacation and sick time    Educational assistanceRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Forklift,Basic Math,Packaging,Mechanical Knowledge,Assembly Experience,Restoration,Sensors,Food Processing,Precision Measuring Instruments,Programmable Logic Controllers,Manufacturing,Troubleshooting Experience: years Vacancy: 1
