Production Lead

Join our team as a 2nd Shift Production Lead in a dynamic door manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring production quality and efficiency, working from Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to Midnight, with occasional overtime as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly quality control reports and take corrective action on identified issues.
• Participate in weekly quality meetings to set and implement team-specific quality goals.
• Engage in team lead meetings to identify and resolve shop-wide operational challenges.
• Document and recommend improvements to new hire training procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with the new hire onboarding schedule.
• Manage and track cross-training efforts to maintain staffing flexibility.

Essential Skills

• Leadership experience.
• Manufacturing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production, quality assurance, machine operation, and assembly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
