3rd Shift Team Leader Foam Production
Location: Byron Center, MI
Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM, MondayFriday
Pay: $24.00 per hour

Overtime: Weekend overtime may be required

Arrow Staffing is hiring a motivated and hands-on 3rd Shift Team Leader for a foam production company in Byron Center. This position is responsible for overseeing nightly manufacturing operations, ensuring safe and efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and supporting employee growth.

• Coordinate shift activities, assign work, and conduct pre- and post-shift walk-throughs.

• Lead safety initiatives, including pre-shift stretching and enforcement of safety protocols.

• Train and coach team members, providing feedback and performance support.

• Oversee production processes, quality checks, and proper documentation of production data.

• Monitor inventory levels (raw and molded materials) and communicate updates to supervisors.

• Submit maintenance requests and help minimize downtime.

• Support Lean initiatives such as 5S and waste reduction procedures.

• Provide indirect supervision to Molding and Recycle employees during the shift.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Manufacturing experience required; prior supervisory or machine operation experience preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Basic math and Microsoft Office proficiency required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.

• Dependable attendance and flexibility for overtime.
