Daily TasksCoordinate with the Retail Production Supervisor and team to meet production goals and ship customer orders accurately and on timeOversee product flow through all production stages from picking to packagingValidate order quantities, process execution, and product qualityPick and palletize orders using lift equipment such as an Order PickerTrain new and existing employees in production best practices and safety standardsEvaluate and document processes for continuous improvementSupport additional warehouse functions as needed RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of experience leading a teamExperience in production or packaging is a plus, but not requiredAbility to lift up to 40 lbsFluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in standard business computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Comfortable in a casual dress-code environmentFlexibility to support additional shift needs as required Ready to Step Into Leadership?If you're a motivated team player who values efficiency, quality, and growth, this Production Lead role is your chance to make an immediate impact.
