You will work hands-on with advanced machinery follow documented processes and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have strong mechanical aptitude enjoy learning new skills and thrive in a team-focused environment we want to hear from you.Job Responsibilities:Operate machines using best and safe practicesMust produce parts within required tolerancesFollow documented processesMaintain a high degree of qualityFunction as a team member and support other teamsMaintain accurate paperworkHousekeeping/maintenance of work area and machineryRequirementsRequired SkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning industrial machinery Willingness to learn machine safety procedures and proper PPE useAbility to use simple measuring tools (tape measure ruler) or willingness to learnGood attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate cutsAbility to work safely around large materials and moving equipmentBasic math skills for measuring counting and reading dimensionsDependable punctual and able to work in a team environmentPreferred SkillsExperience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentExposure to hand tools or basic shop toolsFamiliarity with reading simple work orders or production sheetInterest in learning CNC controls and automated equipmentAbility to lift materials and assist with loading/unloading using forklift or overhead craneOperate machines using best and safe practicesMust produce parts within required tolerancesFollow documented processesMaintain a high degree of qualityFunction as a team member and support other teamsHousekeeping/maintenance of work area and machineryEmployment at Wagstaff is dependent on successfully passing a company-paid drug screening and background check upon hire.Wagstaff Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
