Theres a seat at our table for you...Production Machine OperatorOrlando FLTheres a seat at our table for youHourly Rate: $26.00Work Schedule: 9am - 5:30pm or till finish (based on business needs)What we offer:Medical Prescription Drug EFAP Benefits after 30 days of employmentDental vision and other voluntary plansPre-Tax Saving AccountsProfit SharingFamily culture and career advancement opportunitiesPosition Summary:Operates various production processing and packaging machines.Essential Functions:Operates specific production machines in a safe and efficient manner.Works with production supervisors and managers to schedule production on specified equipment.Follows company standardized pack specifications along with any customer specified deviations as communicated through special instructions via work orders/cut tickets.Accurately readS and comprehendS all customer specific special instructions.Follows companys detailed product specifications.Perform Quality Control checks and communicates with supervisors and manager any defects.Communicates with production supervisors and managers regarding any maintenance concerns and PM scheduling.Offers assistance to other team members.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:Basic machine operational knowledge (turning machines on/off changing programs and re-tooling basics)Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells alarms and horns that are used to warn employees of the startup movement or approach of equipment (including forklifts conveyors trucks and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse) mechanical abnormalities and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.Must be able to read write and communicate in EnglishMust be able to work independently or within a team environment.Must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.Follows companys Quality Control procedures.You are requiredto provide yourmost recent employment experience for your application to be considered complete.BE PART OF AN AMAZING CULTURE WHERE WHAT MATTERS TO YOU MATTERS TO US!
