If you're the one everyone calls when things go sideways, this is your spot.What You Bring to the Floor High school diploma or GED required A few solid years (3-5) keeping machines alive and running right (preferably in a food-grade facility) Knows the ins and outs of hydraulics, pneumatics, power tools, and manufacturing control systems Can read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and manuals with ease Works smart, moves fast, and keeps safety first Strong math skills, including percentages, weights, and averages Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Access are a plus Experience with dry goods and high-speed packaging systems is a plus Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamOn the Floor and In ControlYou'll take ownership of your shift-inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding what keeps the operation running. When production slows, you'll be the first one on it, keeping things safe, smooth, and efficient.
