The position is responsible for executing production strategy, managing department leaders, and ensuring alignment with operational goals. Location: Bethlehem, PA (onsite) What You'll Own (Day-to-Day Execution) Lead plant manufacturing operations across production, staffing, and output Build and execute production plans aligned to delivery schedules Manage department managers and hold accountability to KPIs Control labor, material usage, and overhead to meet budget targets Drive quality standards and ensure adherence to procedures Improve productivity, reduce scrap, and minimize rework Oversee plant initiatives (layout changes, capital equipment, repairs) Implement and maintain production standards and workflows Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of staff Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies What You Bring (Experience & Background) 5 years manufacturing leadership experience minimum 5+ years managing a full operation or major business unit Experience in process-driven manufacturing environments Strong background in production planning, cost control, and operations Proven leadership of supervisors/managers in a plant setting Continuous improvement mindset (lean, efficiency, waste reduction) Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering, industrial, business) or equivalent experience Interested in hearing more?
