Description Lead daily production execution across two shifts Develop and coach supervisors and frontline associates Own production scheduling, labor efficiency, and throughput Ensure quality standards, SOPs, and safety protocols are followed Drive continuous improvement across people, process, and equipment Profile Production leadership experience in regulated manufacturing Strong people leadership with a hands-on, coaching approach Background in wellness, food & beverage, cosmetics, or GMP environments Data-driven mindset with strong operational discipline Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 USD annually.
