Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Production Manager role located in Fayetteville, AR. The Production Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating USPS mailings, monitoring inventory levels, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to meet business goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
