You will be the Production Operations Manager (Level 5) for the Advanced Programs Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering affordable, scalable manufacturing solutions that enable rapid fielding of advanced air? and missile?defense systems.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Production Operations Manager (Level 5) you will be responsible for leading all Production Operations activities and shaping the strategy that drives rapid fielding of critical defense hardware.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and deploy Production Operations strategies for design and development of production systems.
• Direct cost, schedule, and quality performance for prototyping and development hardware builds.
• Lead identification and adoption of advanced manufacturing capabilities and strategic supply?chain partnerships.
• Oversee capital, capacity, and facility?project planning to support rapid fielding.
• Coordinate with Advanced Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management to align strategy and execution.
