We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist operators in the production process, ensuring that all materials meet specified standards. Additionally, the role involves using a sit-down forklift to stage materials approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators in the production of materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure materials meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Use a sit-down forklift to stage materials as needed (approximately 10% of the time).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to operators or management.

Essential Skills

• Manufacturing/Production Experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly after training.
• Good attendance and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Experience with sit-down forklift operation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
