Staff Management is seeking an experienced Coating Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in White, GA. The pay is $20-$24 per hour, with a Monday through Thursday schedule from 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 / hour Duties: Performs operational tasks, including moving, hanging, powder coating, taking down and checking goods without supervisionReceives and repacks goodsMakes the coating line production-readyCorrectly hangs and removes productsChecks parameter settingsInspects products and carries out quality checksCleans the spray boothAdjusts the coating line speedMonitors the production processDetects quality faults, breakdowns and production errorsMonitors the production processAdministrates and archives project datatouches up the materials by spraying them manuallyworks with an automated system and uses internal materials handling equipment, both manually operated and motorizedworks on series of products and the tasks are of a routine nature.
