We are a leading company in the Manufacturing industry seeking a Permanent Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our production facilities, ensuring that all aspects of production planning are handled efficiently and effectively. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your skills in ERP, order management, demand forecasting, inventory control, supply planning, fulfillment planning, order fulfillment, and work orders will be utilized to their fullest. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Production Planner, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to ensure that products are produced on time and within budget. 2. Utilizing ERP systems to manage production schedules and inventory levels. 3. Managing and overseeing order fulfillment processes to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Implementing and maintaining demand forecasting systems to accurately predict production needs. 5. Managing inventory control processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. 6. Coordinating with supply chain partners to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and components. 7. Creating and managing work orders to facilitate efficient production processes. 8. Identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks in the production process. 9. Collaborating with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of production plans with company objectives. 10. Continuously improving production planning processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Production Planner position will have the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production planning role in the Manufacturing industry. 2. Proficiency in using ERP systems for production planning and inventory management. 3. Extensive experience in order management, demand forecasting, inventory control, supply planning, and fulfillment planning. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing order fulfillment processes. 5. Familiarity with creating and managing work orders. 6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. 7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 8. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues in the production process. 9. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
