We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in full-cycle recruiting.Join us to find the bestbe the talent behind the talent!**Voted Raleighs Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleighs Best Mental Health Services two years in a row! **Your Role in Our MissionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of all positions in our clinics including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals and entry-level caregiver positions. The TAS works closely with front-line leaders to build their teams by matching them with IDEAL right fit candidates. Communication collaboration relationship building active listening and learning skills are needed for the TAS to provide an engaging candidate experience as well as stay up-to-date with the market and recruiting trends.This position works mostly remote with weekly travel within the assigned service area for career and community events and occasional travel to HQ in Raleigh for team events.
