Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Prime, Specialty, or Batter area while the operator is on break
• Perform daily sanitation duties at assigned workstations
• Hang batter bags as needed
• Support operators during changeover, including:
• Flume Setup
• Blancher Setup
• Scraping and sanitizing fryers
• Batter re-bagging and sanitation
• Unloading batter from trailers
• Maintain assigned lab equipment
• Transport waste totes to and from tote off areas
• Enter waste totes into the Infinity system for tracking
• Clean and insert new tote liners
• Complete daily forklift operator checklists
• Participate in quality processes and techniques
• Promote and strictly adhere to company safety regulations
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and orderly
• Participate in factory clean-up activities
• Assist operators with fryer high-pressure blasting and sanitation
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

Shift/Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule (Straight Shift) Both 1st and 2nd Shift available

Pay Information: $24.30-$26.05 (Depending on shift)

*Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Pay Increase when hired full time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to follow safety protocols and quality procedures
• Physical capability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
