We take care of our team support each other and cultivate a sense of belonging for all.As a Production Shift Supervisoryou will oversee production personnel equipment and processes across multiple manufacturing and support departments.You will be responsible for planning and assigning work guiding daily goal setting organizing training and coaching team members for continuous improvement. Youll also ensure compliance with company and government requirements.Your leadership will be key to helping your team deliver on daily objectives while fostering a strong plant culture based on our Company values. Additionally youll focus on driving continuous improvement in cost quality and service levels through facilitative leadership.Location: 271 River Street Menasha Wisconsin54952ResponsibilitiesWhen your actions lead to success:Safety:Achieve zero injuries by ensuring 100% compliance with PPE policies timely incident investigations and engaging employees in safety practices.Leadership:Foster a positive work environment by maintaining strong communication recognizing good performance addressing issues before they escalate and ensuring employees follow company policies.Quality:Ensure audit readiness and compliance with GMP policies while reducing quality complaints by maintaining accurate documentation and preventing misprints or labeling errors.Production:Meet scheduled production targets with 98% on-time delivery promptly address errors and communicate effectively between shifts to maintain plant efficiency and minimize waste.QualificationsWhen your expertise drives us:Ability to foster a safe work environment take appropriate action on unsafe situations and ensure regulatory compliance.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities and mentor coach and develop team members.Excellent organizational planning and leadership skills capable of guiding team members and functioning with minimal supervision.Proficiency in interpreting contractual documents performing complex mathematical equations and managing detailed tasks with accuracy.Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with company policies such as Safety GMP SQF and Continuous Improvement.Leadership in operational administration including troubleshooting issues preparing reports and meeting key performance indicators in safety productivity and quality.Strong analytical critical thinking and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work 12-hour straight shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a) that includes weekends and some holidays andbe flexible in daily work assignments.When benefits really help you live better:We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thriveat work and at home.
