1st: 6am-2:30pm

2nd: 3pm-11:30pm

3rd: 10pm-6am

What's a typical day as a Production Specialist? You'll be:

• Conducting general production duties with specialty printed circuit boards.
• Reading, following, and signing route sheets and adhering to daily work schedules.
• Recording data in Excel and moving work orders in the ERP system.
• Reviewing and inspecting work according to IPC, ISO, control plans, and job aids.
• Engaging in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identifying defects with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Utilizing basic computer skills for data entry, internet navigation, and email communication.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferably have PCB manufacturing experience, though it is not required.
• Can read, interpret, and follow customer and IPC specifications with high attention to detail.
• Are capable of standing for entire shifts and working on your feet for long periods.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime.
