Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production scheduling quality control principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production bottlenecks or quality issues. Proficiency in safety regulations and a commitment to fostering a safe working environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex). Bilingual proficiency especially in languages common among the local workforce.
