Production Supervisor at Audio Enhancement

At Audio Enhancement were looking for lifersmembers of our Audio Enhancement family who believe in our mission share our passion and want to spend their careers making a difference in education.We are currently seeking a full-time Production Supervisor for our West Jordan office.The Audio Enhancement Production Supervisor oversees daily operations and manages the production team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing. This role focuses on optimizing productivity coordinating team activities maintaining quality standards and fostering a safe positive work environment. Acting as a liaison between the team and management the Supervisor ensures clear communication and adherence to schedules and procedures.Additional responsibilities include tracking production orders and build times training and onboarding employees facilitating material availability identifying and resolving bottlenecks maintaining workflow and generating reports to monitor production performance. The Supervisor also ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations.Duties Include:Follow SOPs and Work Instructions and ensure they are followed by all team membersEvaluating systems tools and machine resources to ensure continual production and minimal downtimeSupervise and coordinate production team activities to meet goalsAssign tasks monitor progress and provide guidance and support to team membersMonitor team performance and provide feedback to management on individual and team achievementsMonitor production to identify and correct bottlenecks on the production lineTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtimeMaintain a clean and organized work environmentMonitor inventory levels for open production buildsReport material shortages or discrepancies to managementRequirementsAttention to detailProblem solving skillsKnowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) guidelinesUse of hand and power toolsDevelop experience with managing internal customer relationshipsExperience managing othersBasic experience using Microsoft Office Suite Has knowledge and experience working on production projects as a Subject matter Expert (SME)Analyzes a problem by maintaining ownership until a resolution is providedThorough understanding of AE procedures and policies of other departments and functionsExcellent interpersonal and active listening skills in all situations with internal customersEffective written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and dependableSelf-motivated and willing to be self-taughtConfident in making decisionsCommitment to quality efficiency and workplace safetyWorks well with little or no supervisionCompensation and Benefits: Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
