Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules. Manage train and evaluate production staff including scheduling and performance. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety leadership training. Prior experience supervising in a unionized manufacturing environment. Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce.
