Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for our night shift at our Ritchie County facility. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled production associates while ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead and mentor a team of production associates, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvementMaintain a strong presence on the production floor, utilizing a hands-on approach to communicate and solve problems effectivelyEnsure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a secure working environmentMonitor and optimize production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery targetsImplement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologyCoach and develop team members through regular performance feedback and trainingReview and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvementCoordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve operational challengesMaintain accurate production records and documentationDrive process improvements through team engagement and innovative problem-solvingEnsure product quality through standardized work procedures and quality control measuresSupport and implement customer-focused processes aligned with organizational goalsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred3-5 years of progressive supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologyStrong leadership abilities with proven experience in team development and motivationExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong time management and prioritization skillsProficient in production management and quality control processesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTechnical acumen including MS Office SuiteExperience with performance management and continuous improvement initiativesWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocolsComputer literacy with proficiency in production scheduling softwarePhysical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periodsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBilingual ability a plus (Spanish)Experience in glass manufacturing a plusAdditional InformationWhy work for Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
