Production Supervisor Food Manufacturing (Bilingual) at Rising Staff

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a fast-paced food processing plant specializing in fresh fruits and vegetables near the Atlanta Airport.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance safety, quality, and efficiency while motivating a diverse team in a cold and dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to meet daily targets and maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, FDA, and USDA standards.
• Track and improve performance indicators (KPI, OEE, yield, downtime, waste).
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Sanitation departments.
• Enforce proper PPE use and safety procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop production staff to reach performance goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising production in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to lead under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (38F45F).
