Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Supervise train and evaluate production staff managing schedules and performance. Optimize production processes for efficiency waste reduction and cost-effectiveness. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (3-5 years) in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
