Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $14JOB SUMMARYThe kitchen production position will be responsible for preparing a variety of products,includingfudge,corns,brittles,carameland/orchocolatedippeditems,wafflecones/bowls and many more.In addition, this position will be expected to assist with avarietyofdutieswhennotpreparingproducts,withaprimaryfocusonensuringcustomers have an outstanding experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1.Greets and interacts with customers2.Answers customer questions and makes sales suggestions3.Has a working knowledge of product offerings4.Makes product following Kilwins-approved recipes5.Follows proper regulations for food handling6.Assists with restocking and setting updisplays7.Operates Point of Sale (POS) system8.General cleaning; dust, sweep, mop, and wash windows, empty garbage9.Packs boxes and basketsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES1.Ability to operate POS systemand count back change2.Ability to work well withothers, listens well and follows direction3.Must be customer service oriented, with good personality and manners4.Must read and speak English and have good communication skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE1.Current student orHigh School diploma/equivalent2.Previous food preparation experience helpful, but not necessary3.Previous sales experience helpful, but not necessaryPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS1.Must be able to lift50pounds
