Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm $25.00/hour

What's a typical day as Production Supervisor? You'll be:

• Monitoring team performance and assigning daily workloads to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Performing audits, providing coaching, and leading team meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Overseeing and reporting on production metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards.
• Collaborating with our offshore Etech partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production processes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of relevant experience in a production or supervisory role.
• Possess prior team lead or supervisory experience.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
