Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and effectively. Monitor product quality and adherence to specifications and standards. Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies. Train mentor and evaluate production team members. Identify and troubleshoot production issues implementing corrective actions. Report on production metrics progress and challenges to management. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity. Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a production team to meet output and quality goals. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes safety protocols and quality control standards (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production issues efficiently. Proficiency in production planning scheduling and resource allocation. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training. Proficiency in a second language particularly Spanish. Experience with specific ERP/MES systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex). Formal training or certification in industrial safety (e.g. OSHA 30-hour).
