Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily production activities ensuring production targets are met. Manage train and mentor production line personnel fostering a productive work environment. Monitor production output quality and adherence to product specifications and standards. Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe workplace. Identify and resolve production issues bottlenecks and equipment malfunctions promptly. Optimize production processes for efficiency cost-effectiveness and continuous improvement. Prepare and maintain production reports tracking key performance indicators and progress. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement (e.g. Lean manufacturing principles). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.
