This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing a production line on a daily basis. This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Pay; $60000-$65000/Yr.Supervise and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency quality and adherence to safety protocols.Coordinate train and motivate a eam of production staff to meet production goals and maintain a positive work environment.Monitor production schedules workflows and processes to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.Communicate clearly and effectively with team membersEnsure adherence to workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean working environment.Document and report production data and key performance measures accurately and in a timely manner.#VISRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Lean Manufacturing,Continuous Improvement,Food Industry,Lean,Packaging,5S,Computer Literacy,Food Processing,Kaizen,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Manufacturing Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
