Production Supervisor, Weekend Shift

Wieland is hiring a Production Supervisor for the manufacturing operations of the Onda USAs Delaware plant, ultimately accountable for the production KPIs. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.

Weekend Shift

Friday-Sunday

6:00am-6:00pm

Pay Schedule: Biweekly

Responsibilities

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Ensure that daily production plans are executed, and targets met (timing and peaks management).
• Grow production capacity and implementation of needed tools to sustain.
• Introduce creative processes to meet future development needs.
• Create a collaborative culture and productive climate within the manufacturing department.
• Personnel skills mapping and defining of necessary training and development to meet company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment; improve maintenance and systems reliability.
• Assist in implementation of systems and operational tools in order to optimize and simplify operations.
• Assist in preparation of periodic and reliable reporting in economic terms, management control and score cards to help guiding decisions.
• Coordination of internal and external personal workforce, currently at 20 resources, to meet business growth (expected to double in 2 years or less).
• Optimization of factory layouts to increase production capacity.
