Pay & Schedule Pay: $14-$16/hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Prepare, crate, and inspect finished products before shipment Seal louvers and components using a caulk gun Assemble louvers using drills, impact drivers, and screws Read work orders and cut sheets to ensure accurate builds Measure materials precisely using your own tape measure Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Why You'll Love This OpportunityWe care about our team.
