Production Team Lead - Grave Shift
Schedule: 6 PM-6 AM (2,2,3 Rotating Schedule)
Starting Pay: $26 HRLY with $2 Shift Differential
A Production Team Lead, in Fife, Washingtonis available at Milgard Windows and Doors. You must have prior manufacturing experience managing a team, have a mechanical aptitude with the ability to read a tape measure. In this role you willassistin the work activities of department employees.

Responsibilities:
Oversee departmental activities per standard operatingprocedures.
Work with Shift Supervisor in the assignment and supervision of personnelin order toachieve an efficient operation at all times.
Assist Shift Supervisor to see that all manufacturing orders are followed through properly to completion and are filled out properly prior to turningin.
Assistspersonnel in analyzing and correcting problemsencounteredin job assignmentsin order toperform work according tostandard operating procedures.
Provide orderly and efficientchangeovertothe nextshift.
Demonstrate Milgard's Core Values in all business interactions.
Support training and development of team members.
Adhere to allfacetsof safety policies and procedures, including wearingrequiredPersonal Protective Equipment.
Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals
Prior manufacturing experience preferred
Compute basic mathequationsandaccurately read a tape measure
High-level of Mechanical Aptitude
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word,Outlook,and Excel)
Ability tolift 75 pounds unassisted
