Production Team Lead - Grave Shift

Schedule: 6 PM-6 AM (2-2-3 Rotating)
Pay: $26/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential
Location: Fife, WA

Milgard Windows & Doors-part of MITER Brands-is looking for a Production Team Lead to guide and support team members on our Grave Shift. In this role, you'll help drive production success, uphold safety and quality standards, and strengthen team performance in one of the most respected window and door manufacturers in the western

What You'll Do

As a key leader in our production environment, you will:

Oversee daily departmental activities following standard operating procedures

Partner with the Shift Supervisor to assign and lead personnel for efficient operations

Ensure manufacturing orders are completed accurately and fully before submission

Assist team members with troubleshooting and resolving production issues

Provide a smooth, organized handoff to the next shift

Model and reinforce Milgard's Core Values in all interactions

Support training, development, and onboarding of team members

Follow and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

What You Bring

Prior supervisory experience-mentoring, motivating, and developing a team

Previous manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)

Ability to compute basic math and accurately read a tape measure

Strong mechanical aptitude

️ Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted
