As a Production Technician youll be at the forefront of innovation working hands-on to assemble test and troubleshoot our cutting-edge equipment. If youre ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something big apply now and lets build a better tomorrow together!What you will do:Align and secure engine components according to work instructionsInstall gaskets seals bearings hoses covers and visual componentsEnsure parts and materials used in assembly are defect-freeAssist in problem-solving and improvement initiatives across departmentsVerify alignment of engine components using schematics and part printsInspect parts and materials for quality defectsConduct audits and quality inspections to address known defectsPerform torque audits leak tests and visual inspections on enginesSubmit and support resolution of C.P.S. Continuous Improvement cardsAdhere to standard operating procedures and area-specific instructionsProvide process information to supervisors and managersOccasionally participate in training and developmentPerform any other assigned dutiesWhat you will have:Minimum of 2 months experience in a machining manufacturing or warehouse environment or industry certificationAbility to work well with othersAbility to read write and interpret documents in EnglishGeneral knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel Word and/or PowerPointAbility to adhere to safety proceduresWhat would make you a top candidate:Previous experience reading and interpreting part prints and/or schematicsPrevious experience assembling engines engine components and/or generatorsPrevious experience with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard WorkPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to perform repetitive operationsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.We are committed to ensuring a supportive and accommodating work environment for all employees.
