This role acts as the key liaison between clients and the maintenance organization providing expert recommendations technical sales support and project coordination for corporate jet maintenance and avionics services.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with business/corporate aircraft deep technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex maintenance solutions in a clear and customer-focused manner.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical sales interface for maintenance and avionics customersProvide expert guidance on maintenance packages avionics upgrades repair solutions and service recommendations for business jet aircraftPrepare and deliver accurate quotes proposals and workscopes based on customer needsCoordinate with maintenance avionics engineering planning and production teams to ensure precise project executionDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat businessGuide clients through inspection findings repair options and downtime expectationsReview aircraft discrepancies logbook entries and readiness requirementsEnsure accurate cost tracking work order management and project profitabilitySupport business development initiatives and identify opportunities for new services and upgradesMaintain knowledge of industry trends avionics technologies and regulatory changesRepresent FlyExclusive with professionalism and technical credibilityRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience with Business/Corporate Jet aircraft(Gulfstream Challenger Citation Falcon Embraer Hawker etc.)Strong technical understanding of aircraft maintenance or avionics systemsExperience in customer-facing sales support quoting or project coordination rolesAbility to interpret maintenance manuals wiring diagrams engineering data and OEM documentationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsMust pass background and drug/alcohol screeningAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsFAA A&P License or Avionics background highly preferredExperience with Part 135 or Part 145 operationsProficiency with maintenance tracking systems (CAMP Corridor etc.)Previous roles in MRO sales customer service or technical supportStrong understanding of avionics upgrades (Garmin Collins Honeywell etc.)Soft SkillsStrong customer service orientationProfessional communication and presentation abilitiesHigh attention to detail and organizationAbility to translate technical findings into clear client recommendationsProblem-solving and negotiation skillsRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Industrial Equipment,Industrial Maintenance,Facilities Management,CMMS,Ammonia Refrigeration,Maintenance Management,Plastics Blow Molding,OSHA,Maintenance,Programmable Logic Controllers,Supervising Experience,Manufacturing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
