TheProduction Techposition is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment with strict quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformmechanical assembly potting soldering and spot welding.Assemble products according to technical drawings specifications documents and/or blueprints.Conduct product testing using equipment such asvolt meters helium leak testers and digital X-ray systems.Process electrodes including cleaning tabs defect sorting assembling cells and activation.Set up and program equipment such aslaser beam welders.Operate specialized equipment such as winders wrappers filling systems X-ray stackers welders mixers presses and grinders.Perform self-inspections for product quality and collect process data.Meet strict deadlines under pressure while maintaining safety standards.RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen.High School Diplomarequired.Task-specific certifications preferred (electronics soldering spot welding laser beam welding X-ray brazing etc.).Experience with manual and automated assembly equipment strongly preferred.Previous experience in automated systems or related manufacturing roles is a plus.Ability to work effectively in ateam environmentwith aquality-first mindset.Strongattention to detail flexibility and adaptability.Excellentattendance reliability and housekeeping record.Strong documentation and organizational skills.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivatedProduction Techto gain hands-on experience with specialized equipment in a secure growth-focused environment.
