General Production Worker - 1st / 2nd Shift - Start ASAP

Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will play a crucial role on the production line. Your responsibilities will include assembling materials, operating machinery, and inspecting components before packaging them for shipment. You'll have the opportunity to rotate through various positions that suit your strengths and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and assemble materials on the production line.
• Inspect parts for quality assurance before packaging.
• Package components securely for shipment.
• Rotate through different positions on the production line as needed.
• Work overtime when required, including early starts, late finishes, and some Saturdays.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle materials safely.
• Experience in visual inspection and identifying defects.
• Demonstrated job longevity, with at least 8 months at previous roles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or machine operating roles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
