Overtime available. Plant runs 3 shifts 7 days per week. Employees are assigned to work one steady shift.As a Production Team Member, you will maintain production lines with cartons as well as seal and stack finished product and doing visual checks of caps in our New Castle, PA facility. • Ensuring that the line(s) you are assigned to produces quality caps through periodic inspections
• Monitor the automated line to ensure that caps are properly feeding into the boxes
• Periodically re-threading labels, filling ink and liner and unjamming caps
• Properly labeling the filled boxes and stacking them on the pallet. Filled boxes weigh up to 32 pounds and are stacked 6-7 high on the palletYou'll love it here if you:
