Production Worker I - Swing Shift
Fife, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-12:30 AM
Starting Pay: $22-$25/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential

Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking a Production Worker I for our Swing Shift team in Fife, WA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands on work, teamwork, and producing high quality results in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll support our fiberglass lineal production process by:
Supporting key goals: On Time Delivery, Quality, Units per Man Hour, Safety, Housekeeping, and Scrap reduction
️ Completing tasks accurately and efficiently using standard work instructions
Focusing on high quality output and timely task completion to ensure customer satisfaction
Demonstrating Milgard's Core Values in all interactions
Following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Bring
1 year of related experience preferred (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fiberglass, Painting)
Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure
Experience with hand and power tools
Ability to compute basic math, including fractions
Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted
