What's a typical day as a Production Worker? You'll be: Operating PVD coating furnaces to coat carbide and Cermet inserts, ensuring proper setup and cleanliness of products. Loading and unloading fixtures, entering product weights and coating cycle information into the computer, and monitoring the coating process. Performing routine maintenance, including cleaning fixtures and base plates, replacing gas tanks, and conducting batch cleanings at appropriate intervals.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School diploma or GED; a 2-year technical degree is preferred. Possess basic math skills and the ability to understand oral and written instructions. Are capable of using a personal computer and various software, including SAP MII, and can effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers.
