Known not only for its legal acumen but also for fostering a collaborative and welcoming workplace culture.Requirements: Candidate Must have the following: Minimum 3 years of Products Liability Litigation experience within a large law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Substantial experience Conducting depositions oral arguments and expert interviews ; Engagement with Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings ; Keen knowledge of Causation and/or failure analysis ; Ability to handle cases from start to finish.Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired); Strong research verbal & written communication skills and analytic skills required ; Colorado Bar.Day to Day Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Representing a diverse clientele including manufacturers distributors and sellers.Assisting clients in such areas as automotive pharma/medical devices tech food and consumer goods.Drafting briefs correspondence and responding to written discovery.Managing document collection review and production.Conducting depositions oral arguments and expert interviews.Aiding in Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.Representing clients in court hearings mediations and trials.
