Products & Services Quality ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Products & Services Quality Manager (Level K) to support the 777 Roll Around /Traveler team onsite in Everett Washington on 2nd shift.A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability trust teamwork quality and safety. This role will lead a team of 10 people onsite in Everett.Position Responsibilities:Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements engineering requirements company procedures and government regulationsDevelops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performanceProvides education and coaching on the Quality SystemMay make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agenciesAcquires and manages resources and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reportsData analytical skills with Tableau or other business intelligence softwareManages develops and motivates employeesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years of experience in an aerospace fabrication or manufacturing environment3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role3 years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)Willing to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime (primarily 2nd shift)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standardExperience leading cross-functional teamsExperience in root cause analysis and corrective actionDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift:This role is primarily second shift; however there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
