We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Professional Liability within the Legal industry. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in legal writing but also has a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances of professional liability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and a proven track record of managing professional liability cases. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice on professional liability matters to both internal and external clients.
2. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into professional liability claims.
3. Draft, review, and revise legal documents related to professional liability matters.
4. Liaise with relevant parties, including insurance providers, clients, and legal professionals, to manage and resolve professional liability cases.
5. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry standards related to professional liability.
6. Represent the organization in litigation and dispute resolution processes related to professional liability claims.
7. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate professional liability risks.
8. Provide training and guidance to other team members on professional liability matters.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with professional liability regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional liability within the Legal industry.
3. Exceptional legal writing skills.
4. Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to professional liability.
5. Proven experience in managing professional liability cases, from investigation to resolution.
6. Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Membership in good standing with the local State Bar.
