The programprovides an opportunity for outstanding university graduatesto start a career in a dynamic andfast-pacedglobal FinTech firm.Analysts will spend the first18 monthsof their career in 3 diverse 6-month rotations covering a broad range of IONs core capabilities. At the end of their 3 rotationsanalysts will transition to aProfessional Services Analystrolebased in our Houston dives include: Client Support Consulting and Delivery Services Project Management Product ManagementWhat Youll DoAs an LDP you will be working at the forefront of the FinTech industry in teams with fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts. After going through our thorough induction program you will quickly be expected to take ownership of challenging projects that make a real difference to our company and our customers.In your role as a Professional Services Analystyoullplay a keypartin supporting and implementing IONs innovative products for leading global organizationsincluding Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 closely with internal teams and clients to: Build a deep understanding of our clients and the industries they operate in becoming a trusted partner in their success Dive into customer business requirementsanalyze interpret and help shape solutions that make a real difference Learn how to connect customer needs with cutting-edge ION solutions driving innovation and efficiency.
