We believe in investing in our people and creating a culture where collaboration inclusion and professional growth are at the forefront.Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to the PMO Project Manager (PM) and Deputy Project Manager (DPM)Organize schedule and coordinate meetings including maintaining contact lists managing invites and resolving email distribution discrepanciesTake detailed meeting notes summarize key takeaways and produce concise summaries (two pages or fewer) while preserving essential informationCreate maintain and update PMO databases trackers and SharePoint sites; respond to validation taskers and ensure data accuracyAssist in preparing and formatting reports presentations and documentation in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePointIdentify and document potential process improvements or efficiencies for future review and implementationSupport financial staffing and performance tracking activities by collecting and organizing relevant data as directedConduct independent research to resolve questions or issues while exercising sound judgment on when to seek clarificationEnsure compliance with established PMO procedures and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverablesRequirementsBachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Business Management Organizational Management or a related field is preferred3 years of experience in an administrative support or project coordination roleStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex processes accurately and consistentlyExcellent organizational time management and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and SharePointDemonstrated ability to balance independent work with collaboration and feedbackAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsResourceful and proactive with a willingness to take initiative. Interest in developing project management skills and pursuing future growth opportunities within the PMOIntuitive in identifying process gaps and recommending actionable improvementsFamiliarity with automation tools (e.g. Power Automate Power BI or similar) is a plusTravel RequirementsThis is a remote position; however occasional travel may be required based on project needs client meetings team collaboration events or training sessions.
