Program Aide / Youth Development Professional The Program Aide / Youth Development Professional is responsible for directly planning, leading, and supervising engaging activities for youth members within a designated program area (e.g., Education, Arts, Sports, Technology). This role is vital for fostering a safe, positive, and motivating Club environment that actively supports our mission's core priority outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship. Key Responsibilities Program Planning and Implementation: Develop and deliver daily and weekly activities that are age-appropriate, exciting, and align with established program curricula and organizational goals. Member Supervision and Safety: Provide continuous, positive supervision of all members, ensuring their physical and emotional safety at all times. Actively engage with youth to build positive relationships, serving as a mentor and role model. Outcome Evaluation: Help track member attendance, participation, and progress within the program area to measure impact on priority outcomes and ensure high-quality program delivery. Environment Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating program space, managing supplies and equipment effectively. Behavior Guidance: Implement the Club's positive guidance techniques and disciplinary policies to encourage respect, cooperation, and positive peer interaction.
