We are seeking an experiencedProgram Analystto join our healthcare consulting practice. The role is onsite in Bethesda MD. We are proud of our national presence and excited to offer great career opportunities within the organization.What youll doPerform a wide range of analytical and administrative duties to assist with formulation analysis execution and review of data including running weekly monthly and quarterly reports. Conduct clinical statistical analysis on workflow and key departmental performance indicators. Track formulate present and verify (ED) performance metrics ensuring deadlines are met. Design and conduct a variety of surveys and detailed analysis to meet departmental initiatives. Serves as the primary administrative point-of-contact for the civilian Graduate Medical Education (GME) program; facilitates the in-processing and out-processing of intern physicians and other trainees and coordinates their functional needs. Assist with managing schedule changes and ensures the capture of staff workload as a DMHRSi and ATAAPS timekeeper. Support the readiness and accreditation missions by functioning as training liaison in conjunction with other training personnel. This includes communicating acquiring and tracking provider staff training certifications and command requirements. Create organize and maintain physical and electronic records and prepare reports. Assist with coordinating the full capture reporting and analysis of Relative Value Units (RVUs). Perform periodic and comprehensive assessments of ED charts. Provide recommendations to improve operational efficacy and function as liaison between coders health care providers and ED leadership. Coordinate and track privileging/credentialing for departmental staff including managing systems for accountability and monitoring. Prepare provider appraisal reports professional practice evaluations peer review assignments and compliance tracking. Collaborate with Department Chiefs and other personnel on conception and implementation of new initiatives designed to sustain strengthen facilitate and improve healthcare provider lane. Collaborate with a variety of staff at all levels to gather and analyze information make recommendations coordinate work implement projects ensure staff computer system access and physical departmental access. Develop a network with relevant parties to expedite problem resolution and IT-related workflow challenges.
