DescriptionManage a team responsible for effective Project Controls Management to achieve business results for Honeywell. You will ensure the Project Controls Management processes are implemented appropriately and support Honeywell business and Project Controls Management leaders to ensure data integrity by enforcing compliance to management operating system and processes.The Program Controls Director will be functionally responsible for overall management of all Project Planning & Controls Organization (PP&C) employees globally including but not limited to recruiting hiring allocation administration performance reviews and professional development.Responsible for the Project Controls philosophy within the COE (Center of Excellence) deploying Project Controls policies and procedures and providing leadership to the COE project controls with the Line of Business (LOB) Operational Leads and Project Controls Managers to implement organizational work processes data structures and technology required for supporting Operations and Project Controls efforts.Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise the PCO team activities of the projects managed to ensure a good financial and operational control of the projects portfolio (Global)Implement and monitor compliance with the relevant SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) Controls as applicable for Program Management functionsDevelop and implement the Project Controls employee development plans and skills development to support the Allocated Area (Global)QualificationsYou Must Have:10 years experience in Project Controls Leadership and Managerial skills.We Value:Masters or bachelors degree in Business Engineering Finance or AccountingExperience in financial data compilation analysis and metrics managementKnowledge of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP) processDemonstrate Leadership Communication Negotiation and Organizational skillsExtensive influence and motivation at varying levels across the organization. Problem Solving and Decision Making.Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly as appropriate for the topic and audienceUser experience of ERP system(SAP Oracle Microsiga)Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g. Excel Project Outlook PowerPoint etc.Expert level experience in financial data compilation analysis and metrics managementProject Management Project Schedule Professional (PMI-SP) or Cost Engineering CertificationSix Sigma Green BeltBi/Multi-lingualCross Functional Leadership and Presentation SkillsStrong Experience with Cost Control Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum) Time Management and Contract ManagementSBU Specific:Experience with reporting tools (Power BI Tableau etc.)Required Experience:Director Key Skills Nurse Management,Program Management,Employee Evaluation,Management Experience,Teaching,Curriculum Development,Administrative Experience,Budgeting,Leadership Experience,Program Development,Supervising Experience,Addiction Counseling Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
