Consider joining us!Job Summary:Coordinate recruitment training supervision and recognition of volunteers for LSS Refugee Services including both metro and out-state programs. Create and lead a new family reunification program that will double the number of refugees LSS resettles in the next five years.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelors degree in social service field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years related experienceGood public speaking skills and/or experience making presentationsExperience in developing and implementing trainings preferredIn-depth understanding of policies that affect refugees and resettlement organizationsIn-depth knowledge of the family reunification processWriting communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop reports & correspondence of professional qualityDecisions made will require good judgment discretion and initiativeBe culturally sensitive and able to interact with a variety of peopleDrivers license and access to a vehicleRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Project / Program Management,Program Management,Developmental Disabilities Experience,Organizational skills,Data Collection,Meeting Facilitation,Utilization Review,Administrative Experience,Program Development,Public Speaking,Supervising Experience,Social Work Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
